Large scale hot press equipment is a key device for the solidification and forming of composite materials, widely used in high-tech fields such as aerospace, sports equipment, electronic products, and new energy. This device can control the temperature and pressure inside the tank, thereby changing the characteristics of the composite material and achieving the purpose of curing and molding.

It mainly consists of the following systems:

①  & nbsp; Tank body: A high-pressure and high-temperature resistant tank body is formed by a cylinder body, a tank door, a high-temperature motor, an air duct board insulation layer, etc;

②  & nbsp; Safety devices: including automatic pressure interlock, manual interlock, and ultra-high pressure alarm device;

③  & nbsp; Door opening device: manual and electric dual-purpose quick opening door design, more convenient to use;

④  & nbsp; Sealing device: The tank door adopts a silicone inflatable seal, which can withstand high-pressure operations inside the tank;

⑤  & nbsp; Pressure system: It consists of a compressor, an air storage tank, a pressure control valve, pipelines, pressure transmitters, and pressure gauges to form a pressure transmission and control system;

⑥  & nbsp; Heating system: composed of stainless steel electric heating tube, high-temperature fan, air duct plate, insulation layer, and temperature control system, with heating power meeting the requirements of the chamber heating rate;

⑦  & nbsp; Automatic control system for hot press tank: using Siemens PLC control system, achieving high-precision control and real-time recording of process parameters such as pressure, temperature, and cooling throughout the process.

⑧  & nbsp; Vacuum system: composed of vacuum pump, pipeline, vacuum gauge, and vacuum valve, providing vacuum conditions for encapsulated composite prefabricated parts;

⑨  & nbsp; Temperature cycling system: composed of a circulating fan, air guide plate, and guide cover, it accelerates heat transfer and circulation, forming a uniform temperature field;
